Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, resourceful Director of Sales Enablement to build, lead, and scale our sales enablement function, ensuring our sales organization has the tools, training, and resources needed to exceed revenue goals. This role will play a critical part in aligning marketing, sales, and client services, optimizing processes, and equipping our team with the skills and content they need to win in a competitive market. As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will design and execute enablement strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across the sales cycle. You'll partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, and operations to create a best-in-class enablement program that strengthens our go-to-market strategy and supports long-term client growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Partner with the CGO and sales leadership to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right tools, content, and training.
  • Establish success metrics to measure the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance.
Content & Tools
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure the sales team has compelling, up-to-date collateral, case studies, and pitch materials.
  • Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of sales tools and technology (CRM, prospecting platforms, enablement software).
  • Maintain a centralized content hub for easy access to playbooks, templates, and resources.

Client & Market Insights
  • Stay current with trends in experiential marketing, branding, consumer engagement, and client industries.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Prior experience working with Fortune 1000 brands or enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with experiential marketing, brand activations, live events, integrated campaigns, or retail experiences.
- Background in high-growth agency environments.
