The Role Amphenol North American Military Group is seeking a Group EHS Director. The Group EHS Director is a critical operational leader supporting 11 manufacturing businesses across more than 20 North American locations. Each business is independently led by a General Manager with its own operations and EHS teams. This role ensures consistent EHS performance, facilitates best practice sharing, and mitigates operational risk. The Director will work closely with site-level teams, other Group functions (e.g., HR, Legal, Quality, Engineering, Procurement), and the corporate EHS team, with a strong focus on frontline execution, rapid issue resolution, and operational continuity.
