Description

Reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Finance, this position is responsible for leading the costing, supporting management reporting, and analysis activities of Padagis' US operations and Supply Chain.

Job duties:



  • Coordinates the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Standard COGS, quarterly cost updates to Sales and Marketing, supports variances to standard reporting, working capital and capitalized variances
  • Partner with Segment Controllers to provide reporting and monthly information and updates
  • Maintain monthly and year end close processes with a focus on improving said process
  • Operations Finance SAP Expert
  • With the Sr Director of Supply Chain Finance, prepares senior management and Board of Directors communications and presentations in the area of operations financial performance as needed.
  • Prepares ad hoc financial analysis at request of Sr Director of Supply Chain Finance, VP of Ops, COO, CFO and FP&A.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Seven (7) or more years related experience required in progressively responsible financial management positions, including experience in financial planning and analysis.


Preferred qualifications:



  • Experience with a publicly traded manufacturing company.
  • MBA or related advanced degree
