Relativity's Success Operations team drives strategy, planning, and execution for the company's global post-sale Customer Success department. In addition, we empower our team members to learn cross-functionally to provide a foundation for future leadership roles in the company.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Operations

  • Collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer and Director of Success Operations to drive strategy, planning, and execution for the department.

  • Provide decision support to department leadership and partner to answer the key strategic and operational questions facing their function.

  • Lead and support business-critical strategic and operational projects, partnering with department heads and other leaders from planning through implementation.

  • Create clarity around our department for audiences across Relativity.

  • This role will report to the Director of Success Operations in Chicago.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a management/strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or corporate strategy team.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$100,000 and $150,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
