Major Duties

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator will provide overall support to assigned Account Executives and Director of MDU/SMB Sales, ensuring the team's success in obtaining sales and install budgets.

Classification: Non-Exempt. Non-Bargaining

Location: Remote

Positions Summary

  • Enter and process all new Fidium Microbiz orders that are submitted
  • Triage all pending/held orders
  • Provide support to sales team on open orders/installs
  • Reporting responsibilities; update order spreadsheets to track progress
  • Work with dispatch on installation coordination and issues that arise getting service installed
  • Assist sales team with customer service issues, billing inquires and credit requests
  • SROs for front end serviceability
  • Responsible for handling outbound calls, creating the best possible experience for every caller.
  • Candidate should be able to display active listening skills be customer focused, detail oriented and able to be efficient in a high-volume and fast paced environment. Candidates should also be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, willing to learn and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Performs job duties consistent within safety, legal, and regulatory requirements; company standards culture and business practices. Acts with the highest level of business and personal ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders and triage existing orders that are not progressing
  • Provide support to sales team on open orders/installs
  • Reporting responsibilities; update order spreadsheets to track progress
  • Work with dispatch on installation coordination and issues that arise getting service installed
  • Assist sales team with customer service issues, billing inquires and credit requests
  • SROs for front end serviceability
  • Making outbound calls to customers and referral partners
  • Using active listening to identify customer needs, concerns and complaints
  • Problem solving to find best solution to meet customer needs
  • Basic troubleshooting of products and services as trained
  • Using de-escalation techniques on phone calls with customers
  • Handle and resolving customer complaints respectfully and professionally
  • Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate
  • Following up complicated customer calls where required
  • Being an active participant in training and learning opportunities within the company
  • Play an active role in contributing to our "partner-centric" and "customer-centric" sales enablement culture.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ensure an exceptional delivery experience for our customers
  • Others duties as assigned
  • Report to Director of MDU/SMB Sales

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $39,131 - $59,315
