Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Accounting Manager, you will oversee daily financial and accounting operations of the hotel, including: Revenue audit and night audit review, Accounts payable and accounts receivable, General ledger reconciliation, Cash handling and bank deposits, Payroll processing and reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and hotel performance reports. Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and financial policies. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and tax preparation. Monitor hotel revenues and expenditures to ensure financial goals are met. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensure all taxes (sales, occupancy, etc.) are filed and paid on time. Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures. Support hotel department heads in understanding financial results and budget performance. Supervise and train accounting staff and foster professional development.

Does this sound like you?



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.


  • Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Light Speed, PMS), accounting software (M3), and BirchStreet.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
