The DEMP Program Manager is responsible for leading the quality improvement, coordination, and clinical innovation of people with diabetes across the care continuum. The individual is responsible for managing the processes, protocols, and policies around diabetes care. This individual supervises all staff and is responsible for managing the program's data, and any program outcome deliverables associated with quality, safety, access, patient experience, operational, and financial measures. Serves as a subject matter expert, facilitates interprofessional collaboration, and promotes program objectives while ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory agencies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program. Master's degree in related field within 4 years. Experience: Three (3) years progressive experience and relevant clinical nursing experience required. Specialty Board Certification strongly preferred Licensure: Must be a registered nurse and currently licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
