Assumes overall responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the Rough End/Glue Room Department. Plans, directs, coordinates and controls the activities of employees in meeting plant production and quality objectives. Adheres to plant policies and procedures in the production process. Cooperates and works closely with the other departments within the guidelines enunciated by the Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Reviews schedule production quotas. Plans daily distribution of work flow. To provide a safe and accident free work environment.
Plans daily production Monitors Production Reviews and analyzes material usage Personnel Interviews job applicants Trains Employees in all aspects of job Counsels employees whose work performance is sub standard Visit sick employees and attends funeral associated with employees Conducts Monthly Safety Meeting Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled | |
