About the Role We're looking for an individual to be a strong attention to detail to join our team as Associate, Licensing- Registration Renewal. In this role, you will ensure all vehicle registrations are renewed accurately, on time, and in compliance with state and local requirements. This role is accountable for minimizing risk of penalties or service disruptions by maintaining up-to-date records, processing renewals efficiently, and supporting clients and internal teams with licensing inquiries. Ultimately, the position ensures smooth fleet operations and compliance for Element and its clients. What You'll Do Registration Renewal Processing & Portfolio Management

Location- Owings Mills, MD The base salary range for this position is $46,800- 6,4400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
