Our Company We are seeking a highly experienced
Staff Engineer with a front-end architecture focusto join the GenStudio Engineering team. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in complex product environments, has strong opinions grounded in experience, and is passionate about building scalable, high-quality user experiences.
As a Staff Engineer, you will set the architectural direction for large portions of our front-end platform, partner closely with Product and Design, and mentor engineers across teams. You'll operate at both the strategic and hands-on levels-shaping long-term technical decisions while staying close to the code. What You'll Do Architect and evolve large-scale front-end systemsusing modern web technologies, with a focus on React, TypeScript, and Node.js. Define and drive front-end architecture standardsacross micro-frontends, shared component libraries, design systems, and platform services. Lead technical design for complex, high-impact features that span multiple teams and domains. Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable front-end solutions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
10-12+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in front-end development at scale. Proven experience as a front-end technical lead or architecton complex, production-grade web applications. Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Strong experience with Node.jsand understanding of full-stack web architectures.

In California, the pay range for this position is $208,300 - $301,600 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
