Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ and Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage diverse administrative functions usually for a large, complex department or business unit
  • Functions managed may include financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises
  • Coordinate the certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication
  • Consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates
  • Full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers
  • Enable business operations and planning, including activities and routines to support communications, employee engagement, executive leadership routines, workforce and resource management, portfolio oversight, workspace governance and organizational health
  • Plan and flawlessly execute management routines, conferences and other events and develop and deliver communications
  • Work with leaders and subject-matter experts to write success stories, profiles, blogs, talking points and web content
  • Support and coordinate effective executive operating rhythms, overseeing the logistics, preparation of relevant materials and talking points for SLT meetings, business reviews, off-sites, etc.
  • Translate complex content into everyday language
  • Support the day-to-day business operations of the technology organization
  • Support business activities including resource strategy, personnel processes, workspace governance, engagement activities and communications
  • Assist executives for a full range of engagements with peers, senior leaders and business partners
  • Coordinate within aligned team(s) to ensure alignment with objectives and manage routines and requests
  • Deliver consistent communication and engagement plans for the executives and aligned team(s) support
  • Understand the linkage of programs and projects to business strategy and portfolio priorities



Requirements:

  • Prior writing experience, communications or journalism degree
  • 2+ years' of experience in business operations and management in a complex organization supporting senior leaders
  • Ability to work with and influence executive leadership and key partners to identify areas of opportunity and corresponding action plans focused on improvement of employee experience
  • High level of attention to detail with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
  • Creative thinking with the ability to translate concepts/ideas into tangible action plans
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts into simple terms and effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical, business management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive business information
  • Ability to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story
  • Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities and are held accountable
  • Able to operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, enthusiastically adjusting to changing demands and moving with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to quickly understand the environment and connect the dots to optimize the business and employee experience

Pay range: $28.48 - $36.48
