Genesis10 is currently seeking a Go-To-Market Associate with our client in their New York, NY location. This is a 6 month + contract hybrid position. This role requires being in office 2+days/week, Tues is required. Summary: We are looking for a GTM Associate to join our team. The Institute is an influential global think tank funded by Client Marketing Solutions to advance the innovation agenda of the B2B industry. We challenge conventional wisdom with contrarian perspectives that unlock the power of marketing as a strategic growth driver for businesses. Responsibilities: Execute established social media strategy with 2x weekly client posting schedule to maintain brand presence and engagement. Coordinate with external agencies (Brands2Life, Born Design) to ensure timely content creation, review, and optimization. Manage daily community engagement including response protocols and relationship building across Institute channels. Support major research launch campaigns. Transform research insights into social-friendly formats and develop launch-specific content calendars. Track engagement metrics, reach, and performance across all social channels with monthly reporting. Maintain content variety across formats (static, video, carousel, articles) using Sprinklr platform. Coordinate campaign operations across paid, owned, and earned channels. Ensure brand voice consistency and quality standards across all content. Document processes and prepare comprehensive handoff materials for returning team members. Requirements: BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 2-5+ years of experience managing B2B social media accounts, preferably with client focus. 2+ years of experience with social media management platforms (Sprinklr preferred, training provided). 2+ years of demonstrated experience growing engagement and reach on professional platforms. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B marketing or thought leadership content. Research publication or thought leadership promotion background. Professional services or consulting industry familiarity. Video content coordination and optimization experience. Advanced client analytics and optimization techniques. Agency coordination experience with established vendor management protocols. Content calendar management and multi-format content creation. Digital marketing campaign execution across multiple channels. Analytics and performance measurement with ability to optimize based on data. Project management capabilities with attention to deadline management. Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated copywriting ability.
