Summary of Job Duties:The Division of Pharmaceutical Evaluation & Policy (PEP) Education Coordinator will be primarily responsible for coordinating administrative and logistic aspects of the PEP Track of the Pharmaceutical Sciences Graduate Program. This includes overseeing the recruitment, application, screening, and admission process; supporting the PEP Graduate Program Admissions Committee for candidate selection; overseeing student degree progress tracking; coordinating the PEP graduate course schedule; and supporting relations between the PEP program and its alumni.

This position will also provide administrative support for faculty and staff in the PEP Division and the Center for Implementation Research (CIR). Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field plus three (3) years of Administrative experience and/or Project Management experience

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, well organized, proficient in project coordination, have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level computer program proficiency and ability to learn new technology quickly. Experience with Workday, Web Development Software and/or GUS

  • Experience in business, financial , administration, management or grant management

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the PEP Track of the Pharmaceutical Sciences Graduate Program.
  • Provide administrative support to PEP Faculty and Staff for activities not related to research.
  • Provide administrative support to CIR Faculty and Staff for activities not related to research.
  • Other special projects and duties assigned by PEP Division Director.
