Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Work with supply chain management to obtain quotes for hardware where appropriate
- Meet with appropriate SMEs to review and obtain signoff for cost and design solutions
- Document and submit monthly budgets and forecasts for finance, treasury, risk, compliance and C orp investments
- Identify any issues, risks, assumptions, key decisions that would impact the design
- Utilize the defined best practices and templates to create required documentation for EARCs and other Bank required documentation
- Understand the basic financial concepts to support base / initiative resource allocations
- Identify any non-standard products and address with appropriate parties for resolution related to financials
- Work with Chief Engineers and Design Team Leads on supporting documentation following bank processes
- Submit key financial related forms for capital expense forecasting and tracking
- Work with supply chain management to obtain quotes for hardware where appropriate
Requirements:
- Service Now knowledge and understanding
- Knowledge of how to build and manage Jira Reporting
- Ability to create end to end Infrastructure Solution
- Knowledge of database technologies and interfaces
- Understanding of Cloud and Cloud based technologies
- Understanding of Network infrastructure (HTTP, TCP, DNS, Load-balancers)
- Ability to create conceptual infrastructure designs using MS Visio
- Customer service focused, with good communications skills, a self starter, self supervised and has good influencing skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead the design (analyze) phase of a project
- Ability to meet negotiated deliverable dates with required output
- Able to articulate proposed solutions to LOB representatives as well as technical hosting team resources (SMEs)
- Experience with GTO Financial Planning and forecasting tools: PCM, PMMT, FWI
- Experience with Jira and deep understand of creating ad hoc reports
- Service Now knowledge and understanding
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills and a highly professional attitude are essential
- Experience with ITSM, Nexus, EARC
- Project management experience: managing project budgets, experience with work breakdown structures, integrated project planning and management, coordinating infrastructure and networking designs and deployment activities
- Ability to understand complex business problems with the ability to interpret business requirements, work flows, use cases and functional design and assist in technical requirements with minimal supervision
- Experienced with Microsoft Project, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to create and present Executive Level presentations
- Highly strategic
- Strong organizational skills

- Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices
- Knowledge in Financial control/budgeting and consolidation
- Personnel processes and tools: resource requests, onboarding / offboarding, WFM tool, staffing

Pay range:
$48.94 - $56.94
