Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of work effort in the various testing environments and/or other testers for the applications supported Responsible for the coordination, oversight and planning of test efforts across the team assigned to Ensure Software Process methodology is adhered to, including timely completion of required documentation like MRA2 Act as escalation point for any testing issues that may impact the project timeline Ensure test related documentation is maintained in accordance with the ECM standards throughout the lifecycle of the project Identify, prioritize and resolve issues as they arise Communicate/integrate with Leadership, Business Partners, customers and external groups, as needed Identify and develop relationships with delivery partners Communicate and manage expectations with delivery partners pertaining to delivery commitments Successfully plan and implement complex initiatives involving many participants Identify and implement process improvements related to integrated testing Monitor and track defects identified during system testing for successful resolution Responsible for training on various tools Requirements: Agile Jira Requirement gathering skills Basic understanding of technical environments and the behaviors of those environments Desired skills: Project Management skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
