Staffmark is hiring a Shop Helper in Lafayette, LA! Join a dynamic door manufacturing team where your skills, attention to detail, and teamwork contribute directly to the company's success. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $14.00/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the door manufacturing process using hand tools, including a nail gun
  • Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop floor
  • Support inventory management and quality control checks
  • Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds as needed



Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 1 year carpentry experience
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Comfortable using hand tools and following safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
