Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a leading company in West Chester, OH! This direct-hire role offers the chance to oversee critical plant operations, lead a skilled team, and drive cost-effective maintenance strategies. Pay: $100,000-$115,000 annually

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday-Friday (flexible)

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, and custodial resources to ensure efficient plant operations.
  • Develop and manage maintenance goals aligned with production targets.
  • Control maintenance budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate preventive/predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and project execution.
  • Troubleshoot plant systems to minimize downtime.
  • Supervise team scheduling, performance, and training.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and manage contractors.
  • Support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5-7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and project execution.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CAD and SAP experience preferred.
  • Safety-focused, motivated, and mechanically/electrically skilled.
  • Electrical/mechanical systems, PLCs, process control, HVAC, pumps, boilers
  • Root cause analysis, vibration/alignment techniques, maintenance planning
  • Compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and safety standards
