Staffmark has partnered with a leading tool manufacturing company in Clover, SC, and we are seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire position with a company that values teamwork, innovation, and integrity. Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $19 - $21/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Process and verify vendor invoices, credit notes, and freight bills, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Prepare electronic payments (ACH/wire, checks) and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Maintain up-to-date accounts payable records, support month-end closings, and prepare accruals/reconciliations.
  • Keep accurate financial documentation and provide general accounting support.




Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
