In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting public health initiatives by assisting with programs that prevent disease, promote well-being, and prepare for health-related emergencies. Weekly Schedule: Monday 8am-5pm Tuesday 8am - 7pm Wednesday and Thursday 8am - 5pm Friday 8am - 12pm Pay: $15/hr. Responsibilities: Under general supervision, this role involves working and communicating with the public, internal customers, and external customers to provide information and services that meet customer and District 2 expectations. Responsibilities include resolving complex customer service issues, researching governing policies, procedures, or laws, interacting with clients, scheduling appointments, printing WIC vouchers, working on reports to maintain caseloads, managing supply and office inventory, and providing interpretation services as needed. Qualified candidates will be bilingual (English/ Spanish), have excellent communication skills, and six months of customer service experience. We have tons of perks!
