Genesis10 is seeking a Patient Services Representative for a 4-month contract position with our Healthcare Client located in Crown Point, IN. Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. Summary: Genesis10 is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our healthcare client's team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and a desire to get started in the dental field. The candidate will be a support person to all the staff members and patients in his/her office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient's treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by acknowledging, smiling, and warmly greeting patients upon arrival and departure. Address patient questions and concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures. Manage front desk operations, including: Answering phone calls promptly and professionally Scheduling, confirming, and maintaining patient appointments Following up on no-shows and cancellations Registering patients and maintaining accurate sign-in records Process patient accounts by posting charges and payments accurately. Check and respond to voicemail messages daily. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized waiting area to ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications: Required Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience answering telephones. Must have exceptional customer service skills. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as New Journey/Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp) Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, preferred.
