Custodian

• Perform routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming) in commercial areas
• Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, including restocking and sanitizing
• Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
• Assist with minor facility maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Safely use and store cleaning supplies and respond to cleaning requests promptly
• Work with team members to ensure areas meet cleanliness standards

• 3+ years of experience as custodian/janitorial
• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care processes (buffing/waxing) a plus
• Ability to perform basic facility maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
