Are you fluent in Japanese and English with a passion for providing outstanding professional support? We're seeking a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our client's office team and serve as the vital link between clients, their families, and our moving teams.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm (with overtime opportunities during peak seasons).

Pay: $24 - $26/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Communicate professionally in Japanese and English via email, phone, and client interactions.
  • Handle data entry, invoicing, and scheduling with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate between clients, families, and moving teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage supply orders and maintain organized office operations.
  • Adapt to peak seasons (3 times a year) with flexible hours and occasional overtime.




What We're Looking For:



  • Fluency in Japanese and English (professional, client-facing communication is a must).
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Must have prior administrative experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A flexible, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
