• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders following packing guidelines and quality standards.
• Shipping: Prepare shipping labels, verify shipping addresses, and choose appropriate shipping methods.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet our high standards before shipping.
• Inventory Management (Opportunity for Growth): Assist in monitoring inventory levels, performing periodic counts, and restocking as needed.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized packing area, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
• Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Adherence to Procedures: Follow company procedures and protocols for order fulfillment and shipping.
