Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a company known for its innovation and industry leadership? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Schedule: 2:30pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $20 - $30/hr. (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Create, troubleshoot, and maintain machine programs using Gerbers, CAD, or CAM software; generate kit lists and provide DFM feedback.
  • Develop process details, setup sheets, and work instructions covering machines, materials, solder/flux, reflow profiles, and inspection methods.
  • Design and order stencils/tooling per industry best practices; create paste layers from Gerbers when needed.
  • Perform and train others on preventative/corrective maintenance for SMT machines and feeders; order/install parts and maintain inventory.
  • Support engineering with setup, documentation, and equipment qualification; assist with QMS compliance and training.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the Process Engineering Manager.




Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of SMT experience with programming electronic assembly equipment; Mydata, Juki, DXP, HLC, and Circuit Cam preferred.
  • Familiarity with electrical components, Pick and Place, AOI, wave/selective soldering, and reflow ovens.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills with ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience (ATC preferred).
  • Strong written/verbal communication and ability to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and procedures.
