About the Role

  • We are embarking on a bold, enterprise-wide Customer Experience transformation to evolve our operating model into a customer-centric, nimble, and scalable go-to-market approach. This transformation will enable us to deliver precise, differentiated experiences to our customers across all touchpoints. As theAssociate Director of Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving this change by providing strategic and execution driven project management support across multiple workstreams and the overall transformation effort.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional leaders, transformation workstream owners, and external partners to ensure initiatives are well-planned, aligned, and executed with excellence. This role will also connect closely into the GCO Strategic Planning and Transformation Office to ensure the Customer Experience efforts align with and advance broader GCO organizational progress. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management Support
    • Provide centralized project management support across multiple transformation workstreams.
    • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
    • Facilitate alignment across workstreams to ensure dependencies, risks, and interconnections are proactively managed.
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Support the Customer Experience Transformation Office in establishing and maintaining governance structures.
    • Prepare executive-level dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership and steering committees.
    • Track KPIs and success metrics to monitor progress and impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with workstream leads to ensure clarity of scope, roles, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive transparency and accountability.
    • Support change management efforts by coordinating communications and engagement activities.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify and implement project management best practices, tools, and templates.
    • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.
    • Support budget tracking and resource planning across the transformation portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally in biopharma, life sciences, or healthcare.
  • Can competently use and employ essential project management tools and methodologies to facilitate project team activities and support team execution
  • Possesses excellent communication and facilitation skills both one on one and in a team setting
  • Exercises judgement within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action in support of the cross functional team(s)
  • Ability to influence without authority and balance task requirements
  • Ability to solve a broad range of problems in varying scope and complexity
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with operating model transformation, commercial strategy, or customer experience design preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity in dynamic environments.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $177,600.00 - $266,400.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
