Job Summary The Analyst I, Technical Operations provides remote operational and technical support to theatre associates for Sight & Sound systems, ensuring consistent uptime of screens and preshow content to support revenue generation. This position is based in Leawood, Kansas, with remote eligibility. What you will be doing:
- Deliver guest-focused remote support for Sight & Sound systems by addressing theatre calls, proactively monitoring systems, and remotely connecting to digital cinema equipment to resolve issues efficiently across all locations.
- Partner with on-site technicians and follow up on their progress to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Communicate regularly with theatre associates to provide technical and operational support.
- Document and maintain operational processes in partnership with the Sight & Sound team and other departments.
- Complete assigned Sight & Sound projects, such as software upgrades, hardware deployments, and related tasks.
What we need from you:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and AMC Sight & Sound knowledge, or an information technology (IT)/computer-related certification.
- 2+ years of experience in remote troubleshooting operating systems, hardware, or digital cinema equipment.
- 2+ years of experience with remote problem resolution and ticketing systems, or theatre management.
- 2+ years of guest service experience.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks independently.
- Exceptional guest service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
- Strong analytical reasoning for troubleshooting Sight and Sound concerns.
- Ability to manage stress in dynamic and high-volume environments.

Compensation AMC provides a compensation range for open positions where required. Factors that may be used to determine actual compensation may include, but are not limited to, a specific skill set, relevant experience or geographic location.
