At Luther Manor, we take the security of our staff, residents, and visitors very seriously and to ensure this, we are looking for a professional Loss Prevention Manager to join our winning team. As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for managing the safety and loss prevention functions that will protect the well-being, property, and premises here at Luther Manor. The responsibilities of a Loss Prevention Manager will include the following:

• Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates, and supervises Luther Manor's security & safety operations, inclusive of physical security assets and security personnel, as well as fire prevention and emergency procedures.
• Identifies security-related issues and problems around the campus through inspections and audits of security-related performance.
• Conducts physical surveys of premises, including security equipment condition and Develops and implements resolutions, as well as assesses/implements alternative methods for security operation improvement.

• Prior leadership experience is a plus
• Specialized training in the area of security or related field, five to ten years experience in a supervisory, manager or director role
• Minimum of an Associates Degree
• Current WI Drivers License in good standing
• Prior Supervisory Experience, a plus
• Works in a schedule that provides 24-hour, 7 Days a week coverage to the community
