Job Description
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Objective: To oversee the successful implementation of corporate and branch sales and marketing strategies that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and strong vendor partnerships in alignment with RelaDyne's overall business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, associate may be assigned additional duties as required by management.
Marketing:
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: You'll support the execution of our marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including email, SMS, gated content, webinars, etc. to drive new business, account reactivations, and share of wallet growth.
- Analyze Data: Centralize and analyze dashboards and results of our marketing campaigns. Identifying gaps in performance and reporting on where we need to improve.
- Cross-Functional Messaging: Collaborate with stakeholders like Marketing Directors, Sales Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, Business Development Managers, Brand Managers, and others to ensure customer-facing messaging is correct and consistent across all digital channels.
- Brand Alignment & Optimization:Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the organization's brand guidelines. Monitor campaign results to identify optimizations with messaging.
- Campaign & Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage digital campaign and content calendars creating cross-functional visibility into our teams efforts.
- New Product/Solution Launch Support: Support the Brand Managers, Strategic Leaders, and Marketing Directors on new product and solution launches by executing and recommending areas of opportunity with launch strategies.
- Content & Collateral Creation: Assist with the development of public-facing content and collateral including Blogs, White Papers, Webinars, Catalogs, Videos, Graphics, and others to be used on websites, social media, etc.
- Website Optimization & Maintenance: Support website management, updates, and enhancements for RelaDyne and its affiliated companies, while executing ongoing site health audits and SEO improvements.
- Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Conduct customer research, analyze market conditions, assess competitor data, and perform capability and SWOT evaluations to identify opportunities and provide guidance on the development, coordination, and execution of marketing plans.
- Major Oil Program Implementation & Execution: Support the rollout and execution of Major Oil Companies' marketing programs across RelaDyne branches, including lead generation, market and volume analysis, activations, and measurement of program effectiveness.
- Social Media Management: Assist in developing and managing the RelaDyne Social Media Strategy and presence on social platforms including engaging in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry and maintaining our company voice through social media.
Corporate and Other:
- Ability to Work Independently and Manage Multiple Projects: This role requires a self-starter who can take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and seamlessly juggle various campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion without constant oversight. Strong organizational and project management skills are critical for success in a fast-paced environment.
- Process Documentation & Efficiency: Responsible for documenting repeatable processes to enable other team members to learn and collaborate efficiently.
- Participate in or attend corporate sales and marketing meetings and events as requested
- Serve as a resource to support various teams and initiatives (e.g., HR, sourcing, acquisitions).
- Represent the company professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable safety rules and regulations.
- Support corporate programs, goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Work additional hours as necessary to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with proven success in multi-channel campaign execution (email, social, SEO/SEM, content).
- Proven experience in website management; WordPress experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in content marketing and campaign implementation.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Experience working across geographically dispersed teams and virtual environments, collaborating regularly with virtual technology.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, webinars, social media, gated content) and B2B program execution.
- Proficiency in website management, SEO/SEM, and digital optimization, with experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Skilled in creating and managing content and collateral (blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, graphics) with a focus on brand alignment and consistency.
- Analytical ability to interpret campaign data, assess market and competitive conditions, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Effective project management skills, including prioritization, calendar management, and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of personal accountability, collaborating with colleagues across various locations, and documenting processes and procedures.
