Who You Are: You're a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong foundation in quality measurement and a proven ability to translate data into insights that shape policy, improve quality outcomes, and drive performance. You're comfortable navigating large, complex datasets and know how to find the signal in the noise. You're excited about the challenge of improving HEDIS performance, contributing to Health Plan Ratings (HPR) goals, and ensuring regulatory and accreditation readiness - all while working cross-functionally with analytics, IT, quality improvement teams, and leadership. What You'll Do: As a key member of the Quality Improvement team, you'll play a central role in informing strategic decisions across our Tri-Care and Employee Health Program lines of business. What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HealthCare Management or related field preferred. Additional related work experience may substitute for some educational requirements. Master's Degree preferred. JHHP is a leader in provider-sponsored health plans and is poised for future growth. Salary Range: Minimum 33.90/hour - Maximum 55.98/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
