As a Technical Program Manager deeply embedded with the CVP and the team leading Azure AI infrastructure, you will guide and coach teams working with both Software and Hardware Engineering to design innovative technical solutions. ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with the CVP and Azure AI infrastructure leadership to oversee the design, execution, and delivery of strategic AI projects.Guide and coach teams working with Software and Hardware Engineering to create robust technical solutions.Identify risks, propose data-based mitigations, and drive teams to define success criteria.Ensure cross-team alignment in product management and release processes, tracking roadmaps and project schedules.Develop staging and implementation plans, and help lead governance programs in a fast-paced environment.Oversee and mentor teams toward continuous improvement, teaching them to validate use cases and gather performance metrics through cross-departmental partnership.Influence and bring diverse stakeholders to the table, acting as a chief of staff for the AI infrastructure team and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. | |
