Shift: Shift 1/8:30:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM, M-F - Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days a Week In-Office, 2 Days a Week form Home

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour

****$5,000 sign-on and $7,500 relocation incentive (if located greater than 50 miles away)****

Experience in Oncology clinical nutrition preferred.

Florida Licensure (LD) through the Florida Department of Profession Regulations (DPR) Optional

Working knowledge of principles of current clinical nutrition and patient care for adult populations. Demonstrate ability to interface with system personnel and medical staff on issues of clinical nutrition and patient care. ADA CSO preferred.
