Supervises daily shop operations to meet production and quality standards, coordinates team efforts, ensures safety compliance, and manages resources and inventory.

Key responsibilities include leading staff, reading blueprints, training employees, maintaining equipment, and upholding quality control and safety protocols.

Essential skills for this role are 5 years of experience in steel, can read field drawings and delegate, can multitask and problem solve, strong technical knowledge in fabrication, effective leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving abilities.
