As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for mobile patrols and must meet Allied Universal's driver policy requirements. You will also be expected to monitor access points, respond to incidents as they arise, and use technology such as computers or tablets to document your activities. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with property management and other personnel to address security-related matters and support a welcoming atmosphere at the location.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty to promptly respond to requests for assistance or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
