Torch Technologies is seeking a Junior System Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) integration and testing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical defense systems and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Junior System Engineer will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of systems engineering, requirements management, configuration management, and data management, contributing to the overall quality, schedule, and cost-effectiveness of our projects. This position will support Data Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Requirements Modeling, and Configuration Management activities used by the Army and Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Missile Defense System (MDS) weapon programs to develop, test, and integrate their weapon systems, and to verify their capabilities in the MDA M&S and ground test programs. Daily participation on a team that develops and implements integration processes As a System Engineer your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: The Junior System Engineer supports the MDA/DES-I HWIL Integration team by assisting in MDA/DES-P systems engineering, requirements management, configuration management, and data management activities.
