Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join a team providing expert-level support in the qualification, sustainment, and analysis of rotary-wing aircraft. This position supports the Special Operations Aircraft Division (SOAD) with a focus on MH-60M and MH-47G platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards while enhancing lifecycle management and mission readiness.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze and evaluate major system project requirements of high complexity requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the system.
  • Review user requirements and provides direction in the identification of problem and potential resolution.
  • Provide analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of complex, multiple, interlinked systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage Airworthiness Releases (AWRs) for MH-60M and MH-47G platforms.
  • Lead the Analysis-Based Sustainment (ABS) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs.
  • Oversee mission equipment integration and manage the Carry-On PED Base Airworthiness Release.
  • Review PQDRs, MWOs, SOMMs, MECs, and other substantiation documentation for airworthiness compliance.
  • Provide analytical support for AMAMs, ASAMs, SOF messages, and Army Aviation sustainment initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10 years of increasingly complex and responsible systems analysis experience.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • Expertise in rotary-wing airworthiness programs and sustainment practices.
  • Experience with Army Aviation processes, including AWRs, AMAMs, ASAMs, SOMMs, and MECs.
  • Strong problem-solving, systems engineering, and communication skills.
