Pallet Builder

Staffmark is hiring Pallet Builders who are ready to bring their carpentry skills and power tool experience to a fast-paced, hands-on role. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy building things with your hands, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Pay: $18/hour starting + performance incentives based on speed and quality

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Assemble custom wood pallets and crates using power tools, pneumatic nail guns, and staple guns
• Cut wood boards and plywood to custom lengths using saws and drills
• Follow drawings/prints and ensure pallets meet quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following company protocols and legal regulations

What You'll Need:

• Basic carpentry knowledge and comfort operating power tools
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and operate a 9 lb nail gun as needed
• Ability to read tape measures and interpret drawings/prints
• Safety-conscious mindset, with hearing/eye protection and hard-soled shoes
