Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Job Description
  • Oversee full software development lifecycle projects, including initial design, development, deployment, and ongoing software management, ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all project work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Control the architecture and design of complex software systems, ensuring software development projects alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project teams and across projects, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and security.
  • Control projects for the building, scaling, and security of APIs and workflow applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance video surveillance, mass notification, radio communication, and access control systems.
  • Mentor and guide project team members in technical and professional development, helping to build a high-performing engineering team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with existing hardware and software systems.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project feedback, adapting solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the United States.

Target Base Salary Range: $133,182 - $147,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
