Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client in Raleigh, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • This position will work closely with the Demand Generation and Revenue Operations teams to develop and manage effective, efficient outbound marketing, lead nurturing, and landing page development programs.
  • Candidate will create, deploy, track, and adjust programs based on results reporting and analysis.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to develop and manage lead nurturing and campaign management processes.
  • Technical execution for email campaigns, such as blast and trigger programs, that include welcome, nurture, retention, cross-sell, and upgrade programs.
  • Build campaigns and lead-nurturing programs using our marketing automation tools
  • Create and update emails and online forms.
  • Set up and execute tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, e-mail campaigns, and lead scoring rules.
  • Test pending campaigns within all browsers/web configurations.
  • Understand how data flows through the marketing automation platform to ensure segments are using all available data and that data is consistently and accurately being provided to sales.
  • Configure A/B testing strategies and ideas based on best practices and learnings.
  • Analyze results by segment, campaign, company classification, and other key slices of our market and customer base.
  • Distill data from analytics and implement improvements to our lead-generation programs.
  • Continually monitor, analyze, and tune campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Work with the team to develop and deliver necessary analytics and reporting views.
  • Develop and communicate guidelines and best practices to sales, marketing, and client services to ensure the optimal use of the tool.
  • Creating market emails- streaming, uploads, and connecting between Market and Salesforce.
  • On24- setting up and technically running a webinar(speakers, test microphone, share slides, troubleshoot, and support webinar behind the scenes.
  • Exporting attendees On24.
  • Work with marketing managers.
  • Understanding email matrix and exporting- analyze and import into slides.
  • Support a large marketing department with 30 employees.
  • A lot of tickets need support.
  • Work quickly and efficiently.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $65/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).

Length: Temp (6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and communications, including B2B.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce.com experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Marketo experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of On24 experience for Webinars.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience marketing SaaS (Service-as-a-Software) solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing persona, market segmentation, and social media.
  • Marketo Certified Expert.
  • SAS background.
  • A technology-savvy, self-starter who feels comfortable working at the intersection of sales, marketing, and client services to develop and communicate best practices, set up and execute campaigns to ensure the contact database is leveraged for optimal results, and monitor integration between CRM and Marketo.
