- Maintain automation systems and processes to ensure that account provisioning and other automated services function as expected and are highly available.
- Investigate complex account issues that may span multiple systems and platforms.
- Creates and maintains standard operating procedures for supported areas.
- Analyzes, designs, and implements plans for new systems or processes.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of enterprise systems and processes, and how they interact to exchange data.
- Commonly be part of a project team or a project leader on small to medium enterprise projects.
- Maintain tasks, projects, and activities in the IT system of Record (S-NOW).
- Understand and follow client standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned.
- Participates in formal or informal group problem-solving for immediate issues.
- Develop factual presentations to inform and educate.
- Conveys technical or complex information to others in non-technical terms.
- Ensure that others comply with established standards within one's work unit.
- Seeks out and identifies multi-faceted problems and opportunities, taking immediate action to address them.
- Recognizes immediate obstacles to completing work and initiates action to address a need without being directed.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the administration of Active Directory.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Possesses skills and knowledge related to servers and server-based applications.
- Have knowledge of complex routines, procedures, processes, and skills that are more complex.
- Knowledge of databases and database interaction.
- The ability to train staff on new or existing procedures.
- Knowledge of the client policies and procedures.
- Ability to deal with somewhat complex problems that can be broken down into manageable pieces, see relationships between problem components, and prioritize them.
- Ability to collaborate with team; shares relevant information with those affected by decisions.
- Ability to translate technical or procedural information into specifications or action plans.
- Ability to follow IT procedures to complete work, but recommend changes to departmental processes.
