Join Straight Flight as a Compliance Manager and use your expertise to develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs that ensure our Part 145 Repair Station meets FAA & EASA regulations, OSHA standards, customer requirements, and internal quality objectives.
In this role, you will lead compliance activities across the repair station, including developing audit plans, conducting internal audits, responding to external (FAA, EASA, and DCMA) requests, and preparing recommendations for process improvements. You will also serve as the Designated Employer Representative (DER) for the company's drug and alcohol testing program, ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, and DOT requirements. By partnering with leadership and technical teams, you will promote a culture of compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities:
