Job Summary The Mechanical Engineering Senior Technician provides hands on support in the development, assembly, test of gun systems, and failure analysis expertise. With limited direction, the ideal candidate will fabricate custom parts using an on-site machine shop, install, fit, and test gun system mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. Tracks and organizes maintenance of the gun test equipment. Leverages knowledge to ensure quality, industry, and company standards are followed in the production and test of gun systems. Assists engineering with design, repair, test, and qualification of gun system components, and evaluates them for cost effectiveness and efficiency. May be tasked with field support, customer interaction, and customer training for gun system function and interface. Impact of the Role General Profile

Essential Functions
Additional Responsibilities Support all aspects of production engineering and testing. Be the go-to person for test stand and gun system maintenance, test and equipment logs, and formal root cause/corrective action investigations. Support ongoing engineering test programs to include fire test, ammunition test, and equipment acceptance testing. Required Qualifications

Pay Range (USD) $43,820.00 - $81,380.00 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Additional Compensation Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
