Job Description Classification: Exempt Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Date: July 2025 Location: Inglewood, CA The Account Manager is going to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of several airline customers, including communication, menu specifications, and quality. Essential Functions Ensure airline specification books are accurate. Ensure airline specifications are adhered to, including menus, a/c boarding, ramp safety, etc. Coordinate airline equipment inventories Establish and maintain a professional business relationship with the customer Assumes responsibility for ensuring the effective and efficient performance of shop operations. Ensures that all employee teams have correct and updated information and airline requirements and ensures that deadlines are met. Coordinates closely with the kitchen to ensure on-time deliveries. Ensures that flights are checked and accurate Ensures that proper meal count, menus, and equipment are delivered and that orders match billings. Ensures that flights are catered in accordance with Company standards, policies, and airline specifications. Ensures that quality, sanitation, and safety standards are met or exceeded Performs temperature and dating checks. Ensures that equipment is appropriate, clean, and well-maintained. Provides leadership to personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication. Promotes teamwork and management through empowerment. Encourages employee involvement, suggestions, and problem-solving. Promotes the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. Skills and Qualifications 3 to 5 years of airline catering experience. Basic Math skills Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication (comprehending, reading, and writing in English) and interpersonal skills. Organizational and leadership abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Must be able to function within a team environment and effectively direct a team as well as work independently. Able to work closely with customers in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a valid driver's license. Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a food manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The employee frequently is required to stand for long periods, walk; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Schedules are based on our needs, were a 24/7 facility and candidates will need to be able to work any schedule, any day including holidays and weekends.
