This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.

ABOUT THE POSITION
We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Program Manager to manage our Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program, a cross-functional initiative that supports enterprise-wide employees as they navigate role evolutions, skill shifts, initiative changes and organizational transformation.

You'll manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Columbia's Organizational Change Management Program. This program supports enterprise transformation by supporting employees as they understand, prepare for, and thrive through change. You'll partner closely with business leaders, initiative owners, and change practitioners to ensure the program is scalable, inclusive, and aligned to our strategic priorities.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program

  • Manage the roadmap, governance, and execution of the OCM Program
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and resource alignment for change initiatives
  • Track program performance, adoption, and impact across business units, brands and geographies

Build Capability

  • Design and develop self-service resources that empower teams to lead change confidently
  • Maintain and evolve CSC's enterprise change methodology and best practices
  • Support the Change Management Community of Practice and other capability-building efforts

Coach & Consult

  • Provide strategic guidance, expertise and recommendations to business leaders and initiative owners on OCM
  • Support enterprise-wide change practitioners and contractors with coaching and execution support
  • Facilitate workshops and forums to build change awareness, readiness, and resilience

Connect & Influence

  • Build strong relationships across all levels-from executives to frontline teams
  • Tailor communication and engagement strategies to diverse, global audiences
  • Ensure alignment between OCM efforts and broader transformation initiatives

YOU ARE

  • A strategic thinker who can connect dots across people, process, and technology
  • A natural collaborator who builds trust and influence across functions
  • A skilled communicator who adapts style and tone to fit the audience
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments

YOU HAVE

  • 6-8+ years of experience leading organizational change management and program management
  • Advanced knowledge of Prosci methodology and how it intersects with Agile practices
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide change initiatives
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Workday, Airtable, Miro, MS Office Suite)
  • Prosci certification preferred; ability to obtain required
