Industrial Painter

STS Technical Services is hiring Industrial Painters in Stuart, Florida. In this role, you will prepare and apply a range of industrial coatings to aerospace components, delivering high-quality finishes that meet exacting industry standards.

• Identify products and components by customer specifications and color codes
  
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking, plugging, cleaning, and priming
  
• Apply primers, topcoats, and specialty finishes using spray equipment and electrostatic methods
  
• Operate painting, blasting, and related equipment safely and efficiently
  
• Move, load, and unload components within the work area
  
• Follow production schedules, shipping requirements, and quality guidelines
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• 3+ years of industrial painting experience preferred (electrostatic painting knowledge a plus)
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills
  
• Ability to read and understand English
  

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  
• Good hand-eye coordination and full range of motion for detailed work
