In this full-time role, you'll meet customers in their homes, provide expert flooring solutions, and earn uncapped commissions while building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with space for flooring samples
• Comfortable bringing flooring and carpet samples into customer homes
• Ability to attend in-person and virtual sales meetings and training sessions
• Evening and weekend availability
• Self-motivated to achieve monthly sales targets
• Comfortable using tablets, measuring tools, and sample boards for presentations
• Professional appearance and communication skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible schedule: evenings and weekends required
• 100% commission with performance-based bonuses
• First-year earnings typically $50,000-$70,000, top performers can exceed $100k

Job Duties:

• Meet with customers in their homes to recommend and sell flooring products
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice
• Foster professional relationships with customers and leads
• Utilize provided leads and generate your own sales opportunities
