Pay & Shift

• $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping building operations running smoothly:

• Coordinate service needs with the Site Lead and manage subcontractor performance
• Perform general building repairs (walls, doors, floors, painting, touch-ups)
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems (toilets, urinals, valves, sensors)
• Operate, maintain, and service HVAC systems (filter changes, coil cleaning, inspections)
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
• Complete corrective maintenance work orders for plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general repairs
• Monitor building automation systems to ensure proper temperature control and functionality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (trade or vocational training preferred)
• 5+ years of facility maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, safety rules, and procedures
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, reporting systems)
