As a participant in the Human Resources Development Program, you will work within our Organizational Development department where you will assist the Talent Development Manager in performing OD interventions such as the Team Effectiveness and Assessment Services process, change management activities and other types of interventions as needed.
Qualifications Trustmark focuses on program participants who have a demonstrated strong work ethic and leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement. In addition, interested students should also: * Earned a Master's Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology or Human Resources with an emphasis in Organizational Development a minimum GPA of 3.0 Full- Time position located in Jackson, MS. Must be able to start June 1, 2026 Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
