For additional information about our company, visit our website at www.fisherind.com POSITION SCOPE We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused HR Business Partner - Onboarding Specialist to join our growing HR team at our Tempe, AZ location. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating a positive onboarding experience for new members of the expanding Fisher Team. They will efficiently manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive transition into the company. You will serve as a key resource for new hires and hiring managers, providing guidance, resources, and support throughout the onboarding process. The company is hiring around 600 employees per year, so onboarding will be a fast-paced and busy role. The onboarding process is comprised of various elements depending on the position, including paperwork, pre-employment physical, drug testing, background checks, and safety training. The HR Business Partner - Onboarding Specialist will need to be able to maintain organization with all of the onboarding steps and have the ability to effectively partner with the recruiting and safety departments, as well as with hiring managers, to provide the best new hire experience and meet supervisor expectations within the time it takes to complete the process so the new hire can begin work as soon as possible.
