Job Description: Accounts Payable Analyst
Summary
The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst plays a key role in supporting the AP function through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This individual possesses a strong understanding of AP practices and thrives in an environment that values innovation, flexibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The AP Analyst will provide critical analytical support, assist with month-end close activities, and partner with management on projects and audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the department. The Accounts Payable Analyst directly supports the AP & Disbursements Manager and AP Lead. This role ensures funds are disbursed only when properly authorized, maintains files to support audits, and performs banking functions in compliance with company policy.
