Description The goal for that person is to act as the Product Owner for Finance applications and to work within the existing Agile team structure and methodology. The person will be: * Responsible for definition and management of the requirements for Initiative and BAU work within an Agile framework; * Working closely with the Product Manager(s) and other business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, identify and document requirements, and continually prioritize the team's backlog to meet tight deadlines; * Working closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional design/solutions are translated accurately into technical solutions, test plans and scripts that serve customer needs; * Collaborating with multiple teams to drive to common understanding of functionality and requirements, to maintain focus on the delivery, and ensure meeting the business goals * Serve as the Product Owner for the application functional area and liaison between business partners and the technical teams. Skills Jira, User stories, Agile transformation, Scrum Top Skills Details Jira,User stories,Agile transformation,Scrum Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications * Reliable Finance and Supply Chain Finance knowledge and experience * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and business acumen * Strong experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role in working with product partners and application development teams; * Sound Agile and Jira experience; * Proven ability to translate business plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, requirements and actionable plans; * Ability to lead an Agile team as needed; * Established ability to meet aggressive deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities and competing priorities; Experience Level Expert Level w2 only, 3 days week onsite uptown Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
